At last a REAL synth shop in New Zealand! I reached out to Robin a couple of time for advice about choosing a Eurorack filter most suitable for my needs and he nailed it, and surprisingly it was not the most expensive, just about mid-range to be honest. Packed up nice and safely for delivery with a few nice treats thrown in for good measure plus a hand written thank you which is a lovely personal touch. Robin even followed up with me to see if I was happy with my purchase which I completely am. I'm looking forwards to more purchases in the future for Synthesizer New Zealand, super friendly, super knowledgeable. Thank you!

Awesome experience with Synthesizer NZ as per usual. My new Expert Sleepers ES-9 was shipped immediately and was packaged to handle anything NZ post threw at it. If youre unsure about anything, flick Robin a message, some of the best customer service Ive experienced!

I had a really great experience with Synthesizer New Zealand. After I placed an order with them, I had a question I needed to ask, and they got back to me very quickly about it and were really nice to deal with. The order arrived very quick too. I'll definitely be buying more from them in the future.
