        Decided to get both bikes serviced ahead of summer. Were not exactly pro cyclists but planning Otago rail cycle next year. Website was really easy to use, friendly phone call to follow up and confirm plus texts and emails. A great system. Lovely guy to chat with when we dropped them off in weekend prior to our Thursday service, he made us feel so welcome and like he had all the time in the world to answer our questions about e-bikes when we were honest about only being at the tyre kicking stage. Didnt have that feeling of intimidation or dont belong for being just a casual cyclist! To top it off the bikes were then ready days ahead of the booking. Easy as online payment system. Great communication, friendly team. Overall a really good experience.
