        Good location, very happy and friendly staff, a very good coffee with a good sizing option from Tulip $4.50 !!! to small medium and large, good Ruben sandwich on very crispy sour dough..a bit delayed in service and not busy at the time love my sandwich and coffee served together....otherwise a 5 it would be...
