        After the recent rebrand, I was unable to successfully access my prepay account information - the helpline was absolutely no help at all, but the ladies in the Cambridge store were absolutely BRILLIANT! Although it took a bit of time and effort on their part, they were able to get everything working as it should. Very happy

        What a disgraceful company. They clearly put profits before people. They hound you to top up before the due date and if you forget to turn your data off, they charge you casual rates even if it's mere hours before renewal. It was my first to up and experience with them. Go Spark people.... Go Spark!
