        Very disappointed with the customer service after they damaged my retainer during unrelated treatment. Refused to pay for the repair costs I incurred let alone inconvenience. Everything might be fine when its going well, but when things go wrong theyre not willing/able to rectify appropriately.

        The team was amazing. Special mention to Sandy who was on the desk that day for her polite and professional conduct, also to Sam the dentist for a marvelous job and being very gental. Great price and great service. Highly recommend.
