They renovated 2 bathrooms for me. Was initially happy with the standard of work. My bathroom then flooded over the subsequent months as a a screw had been driven through plasterboard into plumbing. This is OK as mistakes can happen, as long as they are addressed quickly and competently. I asked them to come back and fix it, and a token effort was made, mostly with me having to constantly follow up. I was told to contact their plumber, who was then aggressive/defensive and refused to come back to look at it. Other contractors quickly found and repaired the leak. When I asked for compensation from pzazz their position was that the water had come from flooding outside and they were not at fault (ridiculous). Overall I expected this to be handled much more professionally.
