        Great service, gave heaps of advice and answered my questions. Also helped me get the right set of fittings for my at home irrigation system. Phillip was helpful and showed a lot passion and knowledge towards helping me with my irrigation system. 5 stars!!!! I would recommend :)

        I can't speak highly enough of Think Water, their office staff went above and beyond to ensure I got the help I needed, including offering to talk me through installation by phone and also sending through sketches to help. Because of the location of my pipes I ended up using one of their installers who was amazing and got it all sorted. Very happy with my new water filter. Thank you Think Water!

        Shayne came out and inspected our water tank/pump. He was very knowledgeable and give me many practical advises, even ways to save money on replacing filters myself. Top service!

        Not good. If there was the option of zero stars thats what I would award. Why? On 3 occasions we have either had the owner visit our house or I have phoned in to be told " we will get someone to your place ( we live 3.5kms from the business) this afternoon". That was 3 weeks ago. Tried again last week. Same story. When the owner called by (3 years ago) he was to get back to us the following week. Yeah right. We have a relatively new home in St Kilda, Cambridge and what we were after was an irrigation system and more latterly, a comrehensive filter system.
