        I normally despise shopping. Today I had the best shopping experience of my life. These amazing ladies especially Vicky who helped me find what I was looking for. Its such a pleasure having an amazing atmosphere and bubbly friendly staff. I honestly can not give the shop or staff and Vicky enough praise.         We were on vacation in NZ and bought a beautiful watch as a gift a few days before Christmas. Sadly, later on Christmas day it was obvious that the watch was not working. I contacted the store and cannot praise them highly enough for their customer service. They arranged to open the store to change the battery in the watch, despite being on holiday themselves. Fantastic customer service. Really impressed by the desire to make it right.
