We use the Cambridge Liquid Laundromat on a weekly basis and have been using it for the past 12 months. Lately we have found that the cleanliness has dropped, the floors aren't swept & washing is left in the machines for weeks on end making the machines smell musty. Today we had to use the largest washing machine as there was washing still in the medium-sized machines from 2 weeks ago. I went to remove the clothes & the smell was terrible so left it in the machines. I think your cleaners need to be more on to it in keeping the place clean.
