        Wouldn't you think a bank would have full staff at counter on THE LAST FINANCIAL DAY OF THE YEAR.. No . Only one staff . one staff rude because one doesnt do internet banking. You would hope in a kind helpful society your village Bank would be more helpful patient and above all considerate. For after all no customers money. They have no bank. They need to remember that.

        Appalling service. Was told to bring information in to open an account, then told I had to telephone 0800 number to arrange follow up appointment to finalise account. Telephoned 0800 number and the lady told me I had to make an appointment through the branch I had just been in. She laughed and said "they keep doing this". Will go to another bank.

        do not recommend!!! Wanted to open a bank account for my son and the lady working told us that it is all online now?? This is ridiculous as a bank should be able to do it in store as well. When I asked why we cant do it in store she became very agitated and told me to calm down. This is such disgusting customer service
