I have recently had the pleasure of meeting Bailey Gore when I contacted Lugtons realestate to list my house for sale. She was always available to answer any questions I had along the way and very easy to communicate with which made my journey through the process an enjoyable experience. Plenty of laughs from all involved during the photo shoot to market my house, admittedly I was a little cheeky but it made for a relaxed atmosphere where everyone did a fabulous job. House hunting is not an easy process, however Bailey certainly made us feel like there was someone on our team. As soon as we sought help from Bailey the process felt a lot calmer and easier as we were dealing with somebody who genuinely cared. Bailey was observant and insightful and understood exactly what our vision was. I would recommend Bailey to anyone who is house hunting or looking to sell, having somebody who is genuine, helpful and readily available is so important.
