Alpha Yoga

I moved to Auckland almost a year ago and wasn't able to find a yoga studio as nice as Alpha. Pip is a wonderful instructor, explains little nuances so well. She gives a good balance between strength and restorative poses during the practice, so at the end you feel recharged but your muscles had worked hard. loved the atmosphere in the studio as well. it gave me a sense of intention for the practice even if my mind was busy at the beginnin. always clean, smells nice, very welcoming!

Friendly, professional Yoga studio, instructor and students. Catering for all levels of yoga including a novice like me, visiting casually. Located in the historic National Hotel upstairs in a spacious, bright studio with plenty of natural light and ventilation on the top floor with views of the Cambridge Town Hall area. Ample parking and classy, high quality yoga mats and equipment. Pip was the consummate professional giving personalised tips on correct poses and even providing cool fave towels on a humid day. And a great sense of humour also! Definitely recommend visiting this studio if in Cambridge and wanting to learn and do yoga!
