        Awesome service again from the Firewood Factory. Great communication, they arrived exactly when they said, navigated my difficult driveway and dropped the wood right outside my garage as requested. The wood is awesome quality, with no rubbish !

        Firewood Factory are awesome. Our load was delivered promptly, was a decent size and were also given a tarp to cover it as it was raining. The wood is dry and burns hot. Won.t go anywhere else now, they are by far the best in Waikato

        First time getting wood off these guys and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Very friendly delivery guy went above and beyond to deliver around the back of my house. Always had a smile on his face and had a chat to. Delivery was alot faster then I expected so blown away with that.

        First time I have brought firewood from this factory and they were on time with their delivery just like they said in email, they kept their communication lines open and they were really helpful. We had trouble getting our wood to light and their solution was to give us 5 free boxes of Samba firelighter (free of charge) we did ask if we can pay him for that and he insisted we don't need to. Super kind! Great service to those they delivery to and Afterpay is an option for anyone who cannot pay the full amount upfront which is useful :)
