Interesting industrial archeology with great native forest and tracks. Local ISITE tourist office also very helpful with interesting displays about the gold mining history. Well worth a visit.

A refreshing hike while getting to know the history of a place. That abrupt area nearly made us quit the hike in the middle but we did not quit and decided to continue while taking breaks in between. It was an intense leg workout. But we enjoyed it. Highly recommended.
