        WORST EXPERIENCE IN VODAFONE. I've been in Vodafone for more than 5 years. Vodafone said, its illegal to use your number to switch without permission. This happened to me and lost my accumulated datas, minutes, and extra money in my Vodafone app. I went to Vodafone Matamata last friday, dated December 2. The lady told me that she can't do anything if I dont bring my brother with me, because my number been transferrd to the account or my name's brother, without my permission. Then, December 5, during the 1 hour break of my brother, I asked him to go with me to town (Matamata), as requested by the lady with eyeglasses in Vodafone Matamata. As soon as we arrived, the lady ask my number and said she cant do anything about it. She said, sorry I list everything. And that's the end of the conversation. She didn't even bother to ask about my brother. It's a waste of time. And I was so embarrassed coz I even ask the break time of my brother from his work to go in town. It's so easy to loss money right now. Sent a complaint to TDR already. An early Christmas for me from Vodafone.

        Excellent store and service. Sadly our Matamata branch is closing. Apparently no completion is a disadvantage!! Reason given for closure of Matamata branch. Sounds more like a profit before people decision. Especially difficult for those who are technology challenged to lose this service.
