Great staff very helpful if only other councils took a leaf out of there book and took customer service like there's guys do.

Here's hoping we get a more cycle friendly town with shared paths or cycleways to get to schools and join on to out of town trails. This bike rack outside the council has to be the smallest I have ever seen. Would be great to get a nice big rack under the front roof, to keep bikes dry and remind people that you could cycle to the library!

I emailed council and got a rude response. People skills should be followed or training given to this person . They know who they are. Next time if someone looking for information on a subject be mindful on how you handle them. Cause word of mouth can put people off.

My partner and I used your public toilets. They are fantastic and very well maintained. Huia the lady who cleans them is very well deserving of congratulations. We come from South Canterbury and travelled to Coromandel and back. Your toilets are exceptional. Congratulations matamata

I have found the staff at the Council to be compassionate, extremely efficient, and helpful. They helped me with funding alongside a resource consent application to trim a protected tree on my property. All of the Council staff involved kept me informed, gave guidance, and some really went the extra mile for me - which has been very much appreciated.
