        last time i wrote a review on here some people never liked it . I have know control over the feelings they may have about my post .For me its the wait then they thank us for our patience. Its not okay to have to sit when an appointment is booked and its a 15 min one and they running behind they should give us option of re scheduling us for the next day , And trying to get through to the practice for a nurse , Is just as bad , i do find emailing quicker and get a an appointment booked . Dr eldon pitchford and dr Bruce pitchford have been really nice to me and my granddaughters Thank you to them . Sadly I have left the practiced as a client as ND patient. I have now gone to the Morrinsville medical centre

        Appointment made for 10 am and an hour later we are still waiting. I understand that one can run behind schedule but this always happens. If a patient is late you have to pay a penalty, not to mention that we have to take time off work. Why make an appointment!!!
