        My grandfather is happy and well looked after. The facility is clean and well-tended. I was surprised that when I visited for the first time, most of the staff seemed not to be able to find him. You'd think there would be some kind of resident directory they could search.

        The staff are friendly and helpful and they have well maintained grounds. My father has only recently gone there but said they treat him well.
