I contacted Caren for help with vertigo I was experiencing post Covid. After taking the prescribed remedy, the vertigo symptoms eased and within a couple of weeks had disappeared completely. People with chronic vertigo know how difficult it can be to treat, so this was an outstanding result. I experienced improvements in mood and fatigue levels and am excited to continue on this wellbeing journey with Caren.

We came and saw Caren after my son went through a serious health condition. Over the course of a few months of working with Caren a number of his long term and ongoing and symptoms disappeared! Healthwise, I believe he is now the healthest he has ever been (even before his illness). Caren is nothing but warm, welcoming and inclusive, ensuring that the children have a say in their own healthcare. Our family will continue working with Caren in the long term. I can't recommend Caren enough.

I'm so glad I found Caren at Synergy Homeopathy. I have been having issues sleeping for about 12 years, frequently going through a whole night without any sleep at all. I wasn't sure what to expect at my first appointment; but spending an hour talking with Caren trying to work out how and where the problem started was a relief. Caren's gentle probing asking pertinent questions and then listening to my answers to try to resolve the issue is helping get to the root of the problem. Mine wasn't a quick fix, but a slower trial and error over 5 months with homeopathic remedies that have gradually improved my ability to sleep through the night. I created a sleep chart so I could follow the improvements. I can see that I am now regularly getting between 7 and sometimes 10hrs of sleep about 4-5 nights a week. That's huge for me. I highly recommend Synergy Homeopathy.

I have benefited greatly from working with Caren throughout my recovery. My body has felt stronger, more rested and more balanced over the past few months of using homeopathic treatments. It has been great on my mind and injury to use something that is more gentle and caring with the body. Would definitely recommend.
