Had an amazing 2 nights here. Definitely was a farmstay and there were horse activities available which we did not try unfortunately but will come back for after I give birth. Swimming pool was an all time favorite for the kids. Huge farm land to walk around and friendly farm dogs and cats. Horses were approachable too whenever you walk up to the fence.

We had a wonderful weekend away at Stone Hill - the farm-stay is set in a quiet, beautiful area with horse trekking facilities, farm animals and a swimming pool and outdoor dining facilities on the doorstep. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. Nicole and Shaan are welcoming hosts, with a great attention to detail, and full of interesting history and facts on the area. Highly recommend

My honest review is that this space is for a specific target audience and if you arent seeking that remote living lifethen this might not be for you. The scenery was magical, the pool was incredible, and the lovely farmer Jo who took us on a farm tour was truly awesome! BBQ was brand new and the puzzle games provided were an awesome touch to allow for quality time with loved ones. However there were a few things I wanted to comment on and will do so accordingly. The accomodation was clean and tidy on arrival with amenities and additional hygiene supplies along with a amazing bottle of freshly squeezed cows milk (thank you)however it was scorching hot inside the rooms so we had to purchase an additional fan (note though that 2x fans are already provided so this may be sufficient for some). The water pressure was poor, but know that it comes directly from a spring so it is super refreshing but just takes a while to get clean. Surroundings of the accomodation seemed unkempt as grass was hugely overgrown to the point that designated parking was difficult to identify. Getting a hold of Nicole (host) also proved a challenge, but we are mindful that they have an upcoming event so she may have been busy with this. My little family and I still enjoyed our time, but felt that it was an experience that was better suited for another. In saying thatwe are still incredibly thankful to Stone Hill Farmstay for having us and are especially grateful to the wonderful Jo who made the time to take us on a tour, show us the dairy farm, and shared stories of his family history which truly showcased their love for what they do (we are honoured Jo).
