        Shocking service. Received several emails this arvo, stating two separate parcels were delivered to our home and left at the front door at 3.21pm today. We have security cameras. There was no courier van. No one came through our security gates. No parcels were left. $400 worth of items. Unexplained. Human error somewhere!
