        Bought a coffee, it was warm not hot. Bought a lasagna topper as well, tasted off and threw it out. Bought a pie asked for it to be given 20 seconds in the microwave, no microwave. For the price of everything these days i expect better service, better food and better customer service, it was disgusting.

        Ordered 'small' flat white. Charged for and was going to make 'large'. Was refunded difference, BUT then staff went to use 'SOY' milk, which I DID NOT ask for (was proably charged extra)...and worst of all the coffee was garbage...weak as, and will be binned in a moment. Poor communication through ridiculous perspect glass, + poor listening skills.
