        The worst customer service team by far. After waiting an hour on hold, then hung up on.. I called again and finally got to speak to a team member after another 64 minutes. It was my mistake to think he could help me with my Student Loan application and information regarding course related costs as he told me he couldnt help with anything, as he didnt know.. and didnt know anything what was on their loan form. He also told me I should call back on Friday (today is Monday).. as Fridays arent as busy and someone could help me then. I informed him I didnt want to call back Friday, as I had called today! He didnt give a flying f* about providing me one ounce of service, it was like the twilight zone. He even sounded like he was vaping during the call! Thanks for absolutely nothing Cole. Luckily I received another callback later that day from another girl at Studylink, who was super helpful and gave me the help and information I needed. Which saved my sanity.

        Because some of us study "part-time," it doesn't mean we don't have our classes spaced out, making it impractical for us to work full-time.Even though they have all the resources to accommodate tofull-time and part-time students, studylink seems to disregard part-time students in a whole. A part-time student has absolutely no rights and is not eligible for a loan orcourse-related expenses which is ridiculous, students that are part-time equally need to qualify for basic needs. I am a part time student, and its a bit difficult that I at LEAST get denied for course related costs when I need them to provide financialsupport to buy school supplies.

        Ive called multiple times within the last 4 weeks to get my student allowance in which I applied for on the 4th of December.. so its been over two months since Ive heard anything. Studylink is terrible support and needs to be worked on. Absolutely terrible service
