Ruth is a very friendly easy going singing teacher who was very helpful and a great communicator she offered lessons custom to my needs which was great I would recommend taking lesson with her.

I have worked with Michael both professionally and as a student and I fully recommend him as a teacher. He has great knowledge of theory and teaches it in a practical way that encourages growth in your instrument. Michael puts in a lot of time and effort and really goes the extra mile that most would not go to, just to benefit the student. I would not be half the musician I am today without his lessons and input.

Micheal is a fantastic teacher with a wealth of musical knowledge. Everything from theory, technique, production and song writing. Super relaxed environment and always very friendly. I could not recommend Compass Music enough

Michael is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about music teaching. He is able to communicate his knowledge clearly and without overwhelming. He has been teaching me guitar for around 2 years and I have found his friendly manner and patient approach to be valuable in helping me keep going. He is always able to offer useful insights and practical tips to help me progress. I have appreciated his ability to be flexible on the odd occasion that I have needed to reschedule. I would recommend him as a guitar teacher to anyone who, like me feels a bit intimidated picking up an instrument without much prior experience.
