Found hair in my food, the language barrier is a small pain but they seem nice but the quality isn't up to standard

Was my familys favorite sushi shop till today we 5 buy from there multiple times a week. I stopped in and got 3 sticks of teriyaki chicken 11.30ish which smelt bad of fish to the point we couldn't eat them, I took them back and I was refused a remedy and told no problems lady was yelling at Me saying no one else had issues that day no problem there was nothing wrong with them - refused look at the other two sticks then a guy came and joined her arguing the point. It was over the top we all loved the sushi shop have eaten there since they opened and KNOW when they don't smell or taste right and for chicken to smell and taste like fish HECKA NO!! After not even being acknowledged about what i was saying just yelled at and told no their customer service is negative one star if I could. No remedy no money back I would have been happy for a fresh replacement nothing but denial and being yelled at. I ended up leaving them on the counter and walking out, so sad

Love this place. It is the best place in New Zealand to get Sushi. Nothing else even rates to this place.
