        This is the second time I have been upset by the way I was spoken to by a staff member I wanted to shop local but will now be going to Hamilton to somewhere I know I will be helped and spoken to respectfully.

        I bought two Delonghi panel heaters online from Heathcotes, one arrived damaged, from having a box dropped on it in transit probably. I was expecting a battle over getting it replaced, but in response to my email and photos of the damage I was immediately told a replacement would be sent and pickup of the damaged item arranged at their cost. Very impressed with the no quibble service - thank-you.
