        I highly recommend Phoenix lab! Everyone has been so helpful and the highly trained staff are nothing short of Exceptional! I came into Phoenix lab trial with zero fitness and a heap of pre existing injuries and post surgery limitations. All of the teachers I had the pleasure of working with found safe alternatives to just about every move I couldn't do. Even after only 2 or 3 lessons I already felt stronger and more confident. After 4 children I have plenty of wobbly bits that still wobble but I'm excited at having more fun building strength and stamina with this cheerful, strong lively bunch. I personally Highly recommend slings, stretch and flex or dream float at the end of your first week. I felt zero judgment and 100% acceptance into this beautiful family. Beginner 2022 Morrinsville.
