        I got the help I needed to fill out my forms, and the information I needed to get extra information that's needed. The place had 3 security guards whom were nice an polite and I felt safe. The staff of Wins were welcoming and it's nice and tidy, plenty of seating. I was told things that I didn't know and I look forward to dropping off my next lot of info. Great place to go for help

        Never known such rude staff. No acknowledgment, just sit and wait after all they are so busy???? Yawning looking to see who has just arrived in office, but too tired to say someone be with you in 5 or could you make an appointment. Slack. Customer service NIL
