If I could give a zero I would. I took my 4 year old child to have his eyes looked at and he was prescribed glasses. He was not given solution to have a adequate eye test. You at the time told me you couldn't get an eye test because he wouldn't sit still. You even started the eye test with the alphabet even though he was 4. The glasses you gave him are wrong for his eyes. I sought help from a specialist whom advised these are not to be worn and are unfit for purpose... $700 out of pocket And although I called to advise you of this you told me today that it's unprofessional of the specialist to tell me this! It's unprofessional for you not to take ownership of your part in prescribing incorrect lenses, nor requesting a followup. You happily took the money though and no retification given, but blame on me and the specialist. Wouldn't waste any more time or money with you. And sadly we were trying to stay local and all for poor treatment.
