The job got done and was done at a very high standard so change my rating, well done team and thanks, I do completely understand the extra pressure/stress covid has put on businesses owners and there staff so thanks for your response.

        We used Cool Electric this summer for a Daiken heat pump service at our bach in Pauanui (which was unoccupied during lockdown). The telephone response was immediate and courteous, their service was lightening-fast and their charges were very reasonable. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend this business.
