At Home Property Management Hamilton

Terrible with communication. Ignores you for days. Takes an entire month to give you back a bond knowing you needed it for another house. Takes money off your bond but does not show you any proof of receipts or what the cleaning costs are and says he does not have to show proof. Tells you that you have issues with your father when you tell him to not speak to you like he is your father. Hangs up on you when you have issues that need to be sorted out. Tells you when you work 2 jobs to have your windows closed at night. Also tells you and says he still stands by what he says about not having any visitors over or to stay the night even though you show him proof that is against the law. Not a happy tenant at all. Do not rent with Gregory and Monica unless you want nothing but control from his end. Photos of texts and emails I do have as evidence. I have also filed a report with tenancy services and made multiple phone calls to them to help me out with any questions I had/have. More than anything I am just upset at how someone can talk to you in such an unprofessional way and think they can get away with it.

As a current tenant of a home managed by at home property management I just want to say I'm beyond happy with the way they have handled maintenance requests. Earlier this week my home was broken into I got on the phone and let Gregory the guy who handles all maintenance requests know what had just happened, within minutes someone was sent over to fix the door. Iam beyond greatful for the way they have helped and handled this already dreadful and horrid situation. Thanks at home property management.

Have used Greg and the team for 2 years now and overall really happy with them. Able to find new tenants relatively fast and can leave things with them without getting involved, which is what you want in a property manager.

I have to say that At Home Property Management Hamilton is one of best property management businesses I have come across. Gregory went over and above to find us a tenant when another property management company didn't even really try. Gregory is very responsive, professional and current with what's happening in the property marketplace. I feel our property is in good hands that we trust. Not only this, but it's good to know that the team are also extending themselves to obtain their real estate licences. I highly recommend the team At Home Property Management.

Gregory and his team have been absolutely brilliant , efficient and are very professional to deal with. True experts with a great knowledge base to complement their work. Most importantly they are fantastic communicators really do care and are a very honest and prompt team that you can rely on.
