Family friendly service - the river riders team were incredibly helpful, delivering a bike to me, making sure it was the right size and lots of helpful advice as we had a amazing experience cycling the Te Awa trail. Excellent service also from electrify in Hamilton who swapped a fully charged battery for me.

We had a great half day hire and rode the new Te Awa trail from the Velodrome. Easy to deal with and accommodating when they had a large booking but still fitted us in. Highly recommend :)

Thanks to the River Riders team my family and I were able to spend an enjoyable few hours riding the Te Awa trail. They even organised someone to meet us with the bikes on the public holiday. Highly recommend.

Staff were really helpful. They made sure I was comfortable on my bike before embarking, made sure i knew the settings (i got the ebike and have never used one before), provided some amazing advice on the track to ngaruawahia, the bike itself was perfect for the afternoon ride. I would definitely recommend river riders to anyone stopping in hamilton on a nice day and want something to do for a few hours! The views along the river were also a highlight. Thanks alot team, I will be back when the Cambridge section is open

Dan is absolutely brilliant. Incredibly helpful and kind. Can't recommend him highly enough. If you are the market to hire or buy a bike make sure you see these guys first.
