Awesome training for my dog

Had booked in four classes for our pup and attended the first two, the next two classes were postponed without notice as the dog trainer (Caitlin) mentioned she was busy. The postponed dates did not suit me so I emailed her politely requesting to attend later dates stating my reason but was told that it doesnt work that way, I need to pay for another 6 weeks and declined my request. I dont care how good of a trainer you claim to be.. bad business practice such as this make you a zero. Would not recommend.

As a first dog owner, I was nervous about EVERYTHING! After looking around abit for puppy training classes Reshape K9 was the only place which allowed me and my puppy to go and join in without my puppy being fully vaccinated. This was great as it allowed us to get started with training really early (11 weeks old). Caitlin was welcoming and calm, willing to offer feedback when we asked and she beems passion and love for what she does. As a young lady she knows her stuff and she offers alot of variety in her programs. From walking adventures to basic obedience even grooming. I couldn't recommend Caitlin and her business more highly to dog owners of all breeds and ages.
