Prompt installation, taking time to put the inside and outside units where we wanted them, rather than the simplest solution. Came back to fix wifi connection when it stopped working. Recommended.

If you want a heat pump installed correctly with no fuss call Taupo heating solutions. David inspected our house and sized up the correct size unit to keep us toasty war in winter and cool in summer. Installation was quick and clean. No need to clean up afterwords. Once again if you want a no fuss installation call David. Thanks for the great work. Eric

Absolutely brilliant. Have had fires etc but NOTHING beats the all over consistent heat throughout our home like Davids centrally ducted heat pump system he installed beginning of last winter. Yes it uses a bit extra power over winter but less than a third of what we were paying in firewood. Highly HIGHLY recommended. Five stars for product and seven stars for service
