I had a major issue with my bikes front chain ring after it was damage while traveling to Taupo. The folks at Pack and Pedal helped me trouble shoot the issue and even called neighboring bike shops to inquire about a part that they didnt have in stock at the time. The person helping me (I unfortunately didnt catch his name) even offered to pull a similar part off of his personal bike so that I could compete in the triathlon the following day. We were able to temporarily fix the component without a replacement and I was able to race the following day. It was clearly a busy time with the race going on so I was incredibly thankful they spent so much time and effort in helping me resolve the issue. Highly recommend this bike shop!

Very helpfull. Simple request for polarised sunglasses to fish. $40 NZ without the $300 fancy name pair from elsewhere.

no options for well endowed persons. i was riding near the lake and it broke and i fell in as i have no legs. its 2022 time to accompany all people.
