        We stayed in a motorhome in a campsite just beside and the next morning we managed to view the releasing of the water from the dam. Theres quite a number of people who came to watch and while it was a nice experience, it wasnt really amazing. Its something that I feel its ok whether to do it or not.

        A stunning view. Drizzled a little when I got there but stopped(luckily). Part of the barrel escape scene in The Hobbit was shot here.
