        We stayed at Huka in early March and I have to say that it rates up there for one of the most memorable and special stays. The staff were beyond wonderful, taking note of all our wishes without us even having to ask ie a passing comment I made about giving up chocolate for Lent and then the dessert was altered to accommodate. Every detail for a comfortable stay was thought of. And we met the most interesting guests, all very friendly. Would recommend Huka Lodge to anyone in a heartbeat (almost wish I could live there :) ) Thank you very much
