We have been in our new home built by Latitude Homes King Country for a couple of weeks now and we are so happy with the house. The whole build process was practically flawless from Ross and Lee, they have great communication throughout the build and made it super easy for us to know how it's tracking. They even let us use a couple of our own trades to save abit of money. The workmanship throughout the house is amazing, with only very minor touch ups at the end. The whole thing went super smoothly and we couldn't be happier. Thanks heaps!! A big Thank you to King Country/ Waikato south Team. Ross and Lee who have been great to deal with making the build process easy and stress free, from start to finish. Communication was always excellent as Ross would always keep you fully informed with week by week emails and calls. We have just finished a new build in Taupo and absolutely love it! The team at Latitude Homes (Lee, Ross & Sue) were a pleasure to deal with - very responsive and excellent communication throughout the whole process. They kept within the quoted price (including variations) and the house was completed within their estimated timeframe. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a great quality home. Have been in our new home build by Ross, Lee and the team for about a week now. We are so happy with it. The build was a dream and was finished a month ahead of schedule. Communication was just excellent any time we had a question it was answered promptly and the weekly updates were very exciting. I have spoken to a lot of people who build a home who say they wouldnt do it again, I would build with these guys again in a heartbeat cant thank them enough for their work. Service: Home building
