        Older FAT lady in pathlabs who does blood tests, bad attitude, rough as. Felt like she stabbed me with the needle. Worse blood test place to go to. recommend Te Awamutu pathlabs as theyre much more gentler and blood tests dont hurt one bit. do not go to oto pathlabs.

        Im not usually the one to complain, but Im very disappointed with the lack of treatment received. I rang this morning, right when the medical centre opened, for an appointment with a doctor. Was told that I needed a call from the nurse first because I had flu symptoms. All that is fine. But when the nurse finally rung me back, there were no appointments left. This has happened to me 3 times now. What is the point of having a nurse ring me to discuss my symptoms if there arent any appointments to give if needed? I understand how hard it is to work in healthcare right, but frankly this isnt good enough.
