Just what I needed for a re-boot - great accommodation, food, setting, staff and advice. Loveliest group of ladies youll meet anywhere - absolutely passionate about what they do. Ill definitely be back in the future.

I was there 3 years ago, and felt I needed a "full repeater" for 7 days. I loved every bit about it: beautiful food, professional sport options, amazing salt-water pool and sauna, relaxing beauty treatments, yoga and mindfulness, cooking presentations, workshops, and all of this in a wonderful setting. Most importantly the kindness and flexibility of all facilitators. You are the stars of the retreat: Jo, Lauri, Carly, Tiffany, Casey and Lynda, the spa team and the "secret" kitchen helpers. Also, the other 19 women were a beautiful crew, sharing lots of stories, laughter, and trust. Last but not least the great guest facilitator presentations from Vinka and Anna. Such a success bringing a nurse and a hormone specialist on board within the retreat. I learned in every workshop something new. I do not regret doing it again. I followed several "facts of the day" over the last 3 years, and it made truly a positive difference to my health/well-being, and after this time, I will take a few more into my daily life. Really enjoyed my 3 day retreat last week. The retreat was well worth the cost. If your open minded and want a change that is profound and can be put to practice in real life this place is a good start. The individuals chalets are comfortable and spacious - even if you are sharing. The daily pampering is a real treat and all the staff are an amazing bunch of multitasking women who are so lovely and welcoming. A really great place to get away from everyday hustle and bustle, focus on yourself and be well looked after. I will definitely be back

The best thing I have ever done. 21 days filled with fantastic presenters, supportive friendly facilitators, great food and ofcourse not forgetting amazing spa treatments all incorporated in beautiful accomodation and surroundings. I have learned so much about my self, womens health and complete wellness. Wish this could be complusory for all women.
