        You know there's an issue right off the bat when you're the one being more polite than the rep. Maybe instead of being offended at a customer's knowledge and incorrectly telling them what they need, and then take a short blunt tone with the customer, she could instead say she understands and their service is there if I need it or want to come back for any more help. Instead I got the Matilda treatment as if I was being difficult for clarifying she had what I was asking for wrong, you don't need to be a tech expert to be a decent listener. really unfriendly and blunt, would rather travel out of town then pay for that service
