The Wooden Farmer

The food and the restaurant was good and met expectations. However, last night we dined there and i think from what we could ascertain an off duty staff member showed up drunk and started having a go at one of the waitresses on duty. Not a good look for a family friendly restaurant. The girl on duty looked distraught as anything. It even spilled out into the car park.

3 x bushmans breaky , 1 lot of poached eggs were raw, 1 lot hard as rocks, the other hard in centre with raw egg whites. Avocado smash, used to be with real avo , now just bread with avo out of a tube !!! Also forgot the eggs. Coffee tasted like milk. Really hope you improve and make the wooden farmer what it was with old owners. Miss the good food. Also still Xmas paintings on windows and windows and sills need a clean.

I do feel the menu is expensive for what you get - especially the entree portions which is a disappointment. $23 for a baked brie & 4 skinny toasted bread? Other than the above, great service, tasty food & overall pleasant experience!

Waited over an hour for chips. Young barista girl is very sour and needs to work on her customer service and attitude. Young Indian man Sahil needs to not add things you didn't order to your order. Got a Coke in a can comes over with another Coke in a glass and lemon lime bitters we didn't order told us we ordered it and had to take it and continued to charge us. Understand your short staffed but you still have enough time to stand and chat at the front? $15 for a sundae that takes "5 minutes." Yeah, right over half an hour wait as well. Two scoops of ice cream and chocolate sauce are also humane robbery... No toilet paper in toilets had to use the disabled one. The pizza was good, at least.
