I came in on Wednesday and just want to say A BIG THANK YOU to Katherine & Shanlee for helping me choose my product and giving me all the information on different types of flooring. These girls were wonderful to work with and very patient putting up with me changing my mind so much. I'm looking forward to my installation. Vinyl looks amazing and can't wait for my carpet!!

Absolute A+ service right from the start when I walked into the shop and the woman at the counter served me and organized for Bill to come to us and do a quote. We are over renovating and didn't have much idea what to choose so through process of elimination we came to a decision, thanks to Bill. The quote was less then we thought it would be so we excepted it. In about a month Craig and his crew were at our house laying our carpet. They were amazing fast and cleaned up when finished. One day later Richard was in laying the lino he was fantastic and did a great job also cleaned up when finished. Thankyou to everyone involved we wouldn't hesitate to to use you again.

Booked appointment. Didn't show called was told no one available. Said we should of been contacted. Offered an appointment 8 days later but also informed work back load was 3 to 4 months. If we had been told that we would not have booked appointment.
