They used no drop sheet and I had to clean up after them. Shards of glass everywhere and it took me 40 minutes to clean. A pet of mine got a bit in his paw. They had to grind the glass as it seemed that it was incorrectly cut. Otherwise the job came out ok. They did apologise, but honestly they didn't seem too concerned and were very intent on payment ASAP.
