Keep an eye out for campers. They are right on the edge of the runway.
Be sure the grass has been mowed. Can be a bit tough kn a still day with 2 passengers.
Good location. Makes small airfields like this more attractive when you can walk into town within a few minutes.
Never had issues leaving aircraft parked either. Seems secure enough.
