        The Monster Company are wonderful to do business with. I had purchased a variety of the alphabet letters to put on our entrance hall. Unfortunately one fell off and broke. I had telephoned Karla about this and we went down to Raglan to replace it. Unfortunately they were not open on this particular Saturday. I phoned Karla and she came and opened up her shop and I purchased our letter f. Karla is very friendly and not once was I made to feel as though I was a nuisance. I recommend Karla to anyone who wants to purchase some of her unique pottery.
