        I rented a surfboard and wetsuit for a 3 day trip to Raglan and was very impressed with the service. The staff were friendly, engaging and happy to chat about the surf reports/breaks. Very cool local surf shop and the rental boards are shaped by the owner. Would recommend.

        Found boys a lot more helpful than girls there. Don't want to reduce any stars and ruin shop's rating because the shop is good, but girls really made me feel like I am bothering them this morning by trying to shop there.... basically just a message to the girls on 20.11 2022 morning shift - you need to up your customer service game
