The range of different birds you can see is pretty dang impressive- there are the more showy rescues, but the huge variety of wetland birds is super cool too.
The passion and commitment that must have gone into making such a cool little haven is super impressive, would be a real shame if it ruined just to add another motorway (hasn't Hamilton got plenty already??)
