    I purchased a Kong Wubba Comet from Petworkz on the 27 of December 22 and received it on the 13th of January 23. I don't believe it was Petwork's fault as they dispatched and got together the order very quickly but the PBT couriers were at fault here. For some unknown reason some couriers seem to find it hard to find my place if they chose to look up Google maps and look up the street view they would actually find at quite easily this is not the first time I've had problems with courier drivers before. I contacted Petworkz and they followed up very promptly. A few days later I still did not receive the order contacted pet works again they followed up promptly with PBT couriers and then on the 13th of January I got my order delivered by one of the PBT couriers staff. My last order I picked up directly from Petworkz. When I do another order I will pick it up in future, they are not too far out to go to and my car gets an out of town run and I may even give the dogs a car ride out also. I found the staff very friendly and quite professional.

    Absolutely horrid customer service. I've just realized I was blacklisted on TM by this business (and left a nasty, fictitious review) after I purchased a faulty heat pad. I asked if I could return the item for a refund, and was told I would have to pay for the (oversized) courier personally, and would only get a refund (excluding shipping both ways) if the seller decided my item was indeed faulty. This was after several days of the seller telling me I was using the electric pad wrong, and my stupidity was the reason it wasn't heating. I contacted TM directly, as the original packaging had been thrown out by this point, and i could not afford the additional courier charges, if I could receive a partial refund, and end it at that. I was then ignored by the seller, and decided to take the (rather expensive) loss. Upon reading further Google reviews, I am appalled at this businesses customer service. Edit** As I said above, I've noticed you blacklisted me when I read the review you left me on TradeMe, where you stated you blacklisted me. How was I not honest with you? I purchased a product that turned out to be faulty, and you refused to refund me when I complained. I never complained about your feedback on TM, nor did I ask TM for a refund. I tried to talk to you directly, but you ignored me, so I dropped it. I can't believe you continue to be so rude, and outright lie to people even after you've successfully stolen their money. As a fellow business owner, please just take the advice, and learn how to accept reviews; negative or not. Your business will be better for it.

    Brought and paid for an item and years later it still hasn't arrived. Made an email enquiry and received a reply stating I was lying even though I had receipts for the purchase Personallywouldnt recommend. However i hope that they have changed for the better..

    I was extremely pleased with my purchases from Petworkz, The staff member on the phone was really helpful when I rang to get help with my online order they explained very easily what to do. Website is very accurate to sizing for dog beds and very true to photo. I emailed the next morning before 8am they replied back before 9am to say my order was ready very quick response and excellent customer service considering most shops do not open till 9am. When I arrived both staff members were very polite and helpful one staff member carried items to the car for me. Thank you to the Petworkz team I have 3 very happy doggy's with their new beds.
