        I have been waiting months for you to come and complete a small job, after many promises...."I will be there next week", "yes it will get done before Christmas"....and guess what here I am Christmas eve and no repairs completed as promised...and not even a phone call to tell me why. Im not impressed.. AT ALL. :(
